Undoubtedly Chivas are more effective under Spinelli. Having said that Tijuana missed an opportunity this weekend against Chivas who are not at their best, yet. Romo never adjusted tactically to how Chivas played, in and out of possession, and ultimately Tijuana error gave Chivas three points.
